Even though I have to take it easy because of my ribs, I don't want to miss this work out.  I am glad I got it done.  Lots of lunges, squats, wall squats, chair salutations, calf raises and lots of other fun stuff.  You know you really worked your legs good when their wobbly when you get done!

Are you working hard enough in your work outs?  If you are your body will tell you.  Make sure you hydrate well and that you get enough protein and other nutrition to ensure you are ready for the next work out.  Proper warm-up and cool-down and stretching is important for both recovery and to prepare you for the next work out.

Because of my problem with my ribs I did not increase my weight on todays P90X work out, and I skipped the AB work out and my kettlebell class today.  I hate missing any work out, but I must heal so that I don't miss any more work outs.

Have a happy Friday and lunge your way into a wonderful weekend!
